All orders are subject to the availability of the products in such a way that if there are incidents in terms of supply or no items remain in stock you will be informed immediately and we will refund the amount paid.

Shipping costs:
Orders will be delivered within 4 to 9 business days. We remind you that for sales outside the European Union, Ceuta and Melilla there may be customs duties derived from the import of the products to the country or region of destination. These expenses must be borne by the consumer. The maximum term of delivery, except circumstances of force majeure, are 30 calendar days from the date of placing the order.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The CUSTOMER may request the return of the product and it will be replaced by another product that the customer chooses of equal or greater value to the subscriber, in case of higher value will pay the corresponding difference, in no case will the amount paid be reimbursed.
The costs of returns and resending will be charged to the CLIENT.
The CLIENT must check the status of the products delivered to him. After this period has elapsed without any claim has been received from the CLIENT, the Products will be considered as compliant and Laturquessa.com will not accept any claim founded on these reasons. The non-conforming product will be automatically exchanged for another product, subject to availability.
WE MAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF ALL AND EACH OF THE ORDERS THAT WE SENT TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE PROPERLY PROCESSED AND RECOURSE THESE IN CASE OF ANY INCIDENCE.
If for any reason the CLIENT is not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to return it to
Laturquessa.com for your change. The costs of returns and resending will be charged to the CLIENT.
We reserve the right to cancel any order on our website www.laturquessa.com that does not comply with the payment terms. This right of withdrawal shall be subject to the respect of the following conditions:
1) The product must be returned perfectly in its original packaging.
2) The return of the product must be done within the established period, for which purpose the date of the delivery note will be taken as reference.
3) The product must not have been used or modified.

Due to the artisanal process carried out with each of our pieces it is possible that some of the measurements, sizes, colors or shapes of the articles vary slightly in relation to the images shown on our website.

To clean the leather parts of your jewel you can use neutral soap or a moisturizer, without perfume and free of dyes. Keep in mind that jewelry is affected by PH, so we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes and other abrasive products.
